Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.

Specific Skills:
• Read blueprints/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
• Applies various finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures, including primers or sealers.
• Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material.
• Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture.
• Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools.
• Apply varnish and other finishes.
• Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions.
• Mixes colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency.
• Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned and Cleans up worksite debris
