Job Duties:
- Instruct and supervise construction helpers and other workers.
- Hire and train new staff.
- Assigning and explaining tasks to the project team.
- Creating and adjusting project schedules accordingly.
- Ordering all construction materials needed for projects.
- Supervising the carpenters, unskilled and semi-skilled workers, and subcontractors.
- Make schedule of carpenters and other construction workers according to work contracts.
- Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.
- Maintaining accurate records of all work done by the project team.
- Ensure that other staff work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, or designs to determine job requirements

Education requirement: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience requirement:2 years to less than 3 years
