Benefits: overtime wage 1.5 times/hr if work exceeded after 40 hours/week, 5 days paid sick leaves, 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Supervise the activities of general farm workers
• Assign duties to farm workers
• Make work schedules for workers
• Ensure enforcement of set procedures to maintain crop health
• Ensure food safety and farm safety procedures are followed
• Supervise and oversea planting, cultivating and harvesting of plants
• Determine proper usage of fertilizers and pesticides to ensure highest possible quality of products
• Handle work related issues
• Maintain record of supplies, inventory and production
