Employment requirements:
• A university degree/diploma in civil engineering is an asset
• 3-4 years of experience in the construction industry is required.
Job Duties:
• Schedule the project in logical steps and dispatch workers to construction sites
• Design, build, and finish all projects to the clients’ needs and satisfaction of the highest standard
• Read blueprints and plans
• Overseeing materials use and construction methods to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Supervise construction activities
• Manage inventory of materials and order materials as needed
• Follow all health and safety compliances to maintain a work safe environment
• Test the quality of project according to standards by developing quality control program
• Hire Sub-Contractors on a as need basis
• Prepare progress reports and keep clients updated
