Job Duties:
• Create and maintain the digital presentation and brochure with all our latest delivered projects.
• Prepare and proofread correspondences to be sent to the buyers, vendors, and other service providers.
• Ensure that the mail letters are kept in a safe and secure place so that a proper record is maintained.
• Effectively manage the company email inbox to ensure that buyers’/vendors’ correspondences are managed properly.
• Coordinate the flow of information internally with the current employees to ensure that the team remains well-connected throughout.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with the buyers, vendors, and other service providers.
• Order office supplies and stationery when required.
• Answer telephone inquiries and convey messages to the related employee.
• Maintain the client database and employee records.
• Ensure that the procedures are followed during site visits as well as in the office.
• Greet visitors and identify the nature of the query.
• Arrange travel schedules and make reservations for the employees visiting other cities for work purposes.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school would be an asset.
• Completion of a one or two- year college program for administrative assistants or secretaries OR Previous experience in related services would be preferred but not mandatory.
