Our team is looking for an experienced Automation Technician whose vital duties will include overseeing and inspecting mechanical installations, managing maintenance programs, and operating mechanical plants. You will also be expected to complete special projects with Installations of automated machineries in new upcoming ten franchises in different Locations of Canada.
Job Responsibilities and Duties as include but not limited to:
1. Responsible for creating engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using both traditional and computer-assisted design (CAD) methods.
2. Ensure that vegetable-cutting machines function correctly.
3. Ensure that all the grinders grind spices in the proper way and are appropriately mixed through machines.
4. Ensure the cleaning machines' accuracy and precision level to prevent any negative impact on product quality.
5. Ensure the Proper working of the Flour machines, Vegetable Washing machines and cutting machines not only in the Master location but also in upcoming different Franchise locations.
6. Ensuring proper kitchen ventilation to prevent unpleasant food odours.
7. Assist with the working of Flour Machines and ensure the Roti Maker function adequately to ensure that our food is cooked Properly.
8. Perform meticulous assessments and inquiries of mechanical systems, components, and materials to ensure accuracy and reliability.
9. Participate in installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment. Whether it's setting up new equipment, troubleshooting issues, or ensuring that everything is functioning properly.
10. Provide support in examining mechanical systems and overseeing the progress of building ventures.
11. Crafting project schedules that are efficient and effective, as well as preparing detailed reports that will facilitate the improvement of overall output.
12. Conducting tests and analyses various machines, components, and materials is a necessary process that helps evaluate their unique characteristics.
13. Ensure that machinery and equipment are in good working order.
14. Prepare contracts and tenders.
15. Check meters and gauges to verify that machines are working properly.
16. Assist in the specification, installation, and modifications of the systems.
17. Use a digital multimeter and other electrical tools to troubleshoot, test and repair components and systems of automation controls.
18. Read and interpret electrical, Pneumatic, and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting and spare parts selection.
19. Automate systems through design, analysis, programming and building components to integrate with production machines.
Education-
College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Specialization in Mechanical engineering/mechanical technology/technician will be preferred.
Experience-
Having experience in a related field would be advantageous.
