DHALIWAL FOODS LTD is currently seeking a Permanent, Full time Retail Sales Manager to join their team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Implement price and credits policies
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• University degree or college diploma may be an asset
• Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
Salary: $31.00/hour
