Wage Rate: $29.00 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, overtime if required.

Job Duties:
• Review of digital content, including but not limited to posts on our website, social media, digital advertisements, and coordination of development projects.
• Editing and proofing SEO-optimized web posts, with a good understanding of keyword research, outbound/inbound link-building and optimization
• Planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Expertise using social media management platforms in managing questions, escalating concerns, scheduling content, delving into campaign data/analysis, and providing recommendations.
• Manage projects of creative content, troubleshoot technical and design issues and provide feedback to the team.
• Regularly review and interact with internal team members to ensure deliverables are approved, on time and align to overall creative and business strategy.
• Coordinate with outside agency partners, videographers, graphic designers, web-developers, and key internal stakeholders ensuring fast and effective turnaround of deliverables.
• Prioritize multiple projects to keep work flowing smoothly, continually communicating progress of each project and tracking budgets.
• Develop and deliver periodic digital reporting.
• Frequent auditing of websites and social platforms for brand consistency and data content.
• Optimize websites for SEO as well as usability.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet.
• Manage digital channel strategies including SEO, Web development, paid media (SEM display), CRM, email, and social media.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 2-3 years experience.
Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, significant use of memory.
