Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, reliable, a good team player, and highly organized Supervisor for our construction, maintenance, repair and renovation projects. The Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling, supervising, and coordinating the various kinds of workers while maintaining high quality and a safe workplace. The person should be able to work under tight deadlines, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing, sitting, walking and physically fit to handle heavy workloads at heights in noisy and dusty places. Depending on the projects, travelling in and out on a rotational basis will be required.

Duties:
• Scheduling, supervising, coordinating, and monitoring performance of various kinds of workers for construction and renovations, and overseeing their everyday activities
• Training workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that construction projects meet specifications and design plans
• Coordinating and updating schedules and activities considering deadlines
• Problem-solving and advising measures to improve productivity
• Fulfilling company policy and considering safety standards
• Ensuring that materials and equipment are available as required, and the projects are completed within the allocated budget
• Keeping records of workers and Preparing Reports
• May perform other related duties as required
