To enhance our marketing presence, we are currently looking for a self-motivated candidate to participate in the marketing and operations activities in order to increase brand awareness of our services. This role is essential to building our customer base, you will be responsible for creating marketing materials such as website advertising campaigns –designing layouts, organizing content, and writing copy. You will be initiating and implementing promotional functions and events, preparing promotional material on social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Websites, Weibo, TikTok, WeChat platform, and coordinate with our marketing team and external partners to thrive in the company’s success.
Job Duties
• Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs
• Plan, prepare documents and organize public seminar, workshops, meetings to promote company services and information purpose
• Develop the company’s social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Websites, Weibo, TikTok, WeChat platform) operations and website content, make sure all the marketing materials are up to date and align with the latest Canadian policies/law
• Initiate and follow up the preparation of promotional materials such as brochures, posters, newsletters and flyers based on the company’s needs
• Assist in updating and providing feedbacks received to immigration consultants
• Conduct marketing surveys to identify interests and concerns of target clients
• Advise sales team on sales strategies and effective methods and procedures of communication
• Analyze marketing achievement quarterly and report to management
Qualifications:
• A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, museology or a discipline related to a particular subject matter is usually required.
• Minimum 1-year marketing work experience in related field required
• Analytical skills with summarizing data and generating reports are preferred.
• Sharp, motivated, and career-oriented individual
• Hands-on, detail oriented and tenacious go-getter
• Personal characteristics like client focus, initiative, organized, flexibility, effective interpersonal skills, multi-task, team player
• Willingness to travel is an asset

Compensation: $29.00 Per hour, 30~40 hours per week
