Job Duties:
• Be the first line of contact for the customer and assess the need of the customers by communicating with them and advising them accordingly.
• Explain the important, exclusive, and other features of the Telus & Koodo products and services we offered to our customers.
• Explain the functionality, Guarantee, and Warranty of different Telus & Koodo, and other products to our customers.
• Proactively informs customers about the promotions, offers, and credit facility running at our outlet.
• Listen to product-related complaints of the customers and try to resolve them at his end.
• Assist the Sales Supervisor in the display of products.
• Attend training about any new product or services we plan to offer to our client.
• Guide customers to different products in our outlet and provide price estimates on products, packages, and deals.
• Operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems.
• Prepare packaging and wrapping products for sale to customers.
• Generate invoices and accept payments through cards, cash, gift card, etc.
• Daily informs about sales and inventory to Sales Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
• No formal education is required but having a High School certificate would be an asset but not mandatory.
• No experience is required however a person having any experience as Retail Salesman would be preferred but not mandatory.
• Eager to learn about new products and ability to explain product features to customers.
• Good communication skills
• Good multitasking skills
