Wage Rate: $28 Hourly, for 37.50 Hours per week

Education: High School, BA/BS University degree with a concentration in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is typically preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar field required

Job Duties:
• Coordinate and track the movement of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. This involves planning and arranging transportation, selecting carriers, and monitoring shipment progress to address any delays or issues that may arise.
• Prepare and maintain all necessary shipping and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Handle import/export paperwork and facilitate smooth customs clearance processes.
• Act as a liaison between suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Keep all stakeholders informed of shipment statuses, delays, and any other logistics-related information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistics-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions in the supply chain. Proactively address potential challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Assess and mitigate potential risks in the transportation and logistics processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy
