Sea World Enterprises Co. Ltd. was found in 2014. Our aim is to enrich high quality seafood in Canadian market by selecting supply abroad. Our company mainly provides services of importing frozen seafood into Canada and distributing through Canadian retailers. The main seafood are listed as follows: frozen tuna, frozen prepared eel, frozen boiled octopus, frozen soft shell crab, China peeled shrimp, basa fillet, frozen scallop, frozen spring roll, frozen sesame ball, frozen seaweed salad, etc.

Job duties:
• Provide dynamic leadership and mentorship to the finance team, including supervising financial analysts and payroll staff, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies, procedures, and relevant governmental regulations for all transactions and disbursements, leading by example in ethical conduct and adherence to best practices.
• Manage payroll-related liabilities for the company, overseeing accurate computations and timely payments, while continuously improving payroll processes for increased efficiency.
• Establish and monitor robust internal controls around the payroll process to guarantee accuracy, proactively identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Implement and maintain best accounting practices, including month-end closing activities and financial statement preparation and reporting, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis and reporting to guide strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and actively facilitate their work, ensuring successful and timely completion of audits, while effectively addressing audit findings and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide comprehensive financial results and analysis to management monthly, translating complex financial information into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Guarantee accurate and appropriate asset and liability general ledger balances at month-end, ensuring compliance with standards and facilitating seamless financial audits.
Salary: 50.48 per hour
Work hour: 40 hours per Week
