Main Duties
• Answer and directing incoming calls
• Greet people coming into office and direct them to the appropriate contacts or services, provide general information in person and by phone
• Schedule appointments
• Handle complaints and concerns with professionalism
Job Requirement:
• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
• Experience : Experience would be an asset
