• Prepare and cook Indian food items on the restaurant menu.
• Oversee kitchen operations.
• Ensure food quality is at highest standards,
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment,
• Schedule and Supervise kitchen Helpers.
• Train Kitchen Staff.
Employment requirements:
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required.
