President Global Homes Ltd. is an integrated asset management company specializing in real estate investment, development, property management, home renovation and home technology.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Vernon, BC to generate revenue growth in the community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients alike.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute highly effective sales plans, ensuring the achievement of company revenue goals.
- Manage multiple client accounts, building strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and future plans to align them with.
- Analyze sales data and current trends to project future sales forecasts for optimal resource allocation.
- Build strong client relationships and actively engage with them.
- Generate regular, comprehensive sales reports.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping long-term sales strategies and business plans.
- Adapt sales approaches proactively, responding to evolving markets and invaluable client feedback.
- Establish and enforce organizational sales policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- A university degree or college diploma in business management or in a related field with a specialization in sales.
- 3+ years of experience in sales management.
- Excellent customer service, analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects, multitasking and effectively organizing time in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in using MS Office Suites.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
