Are you a skilled and motivated software programmer looking for an exciting opportunity? We are currently seeking an Intermediate Software Programmer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, writing, reading, testing, and correcting code for new software. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing information, recommending and planning the installation of new systems, as well as modifying existing systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Designing, writing, reading, testing, and correcting code for the development of new software.
2. Analyzing information to provide recommendations and effectively plan the installation of new systems or modifications to existing systems.
3. Evaluating the interrelationships between programs to determine potential impacts of changes in one part on related parts.
4. Programming animation software according to predefined specifications for interactive video games, Internet, and mobile applications.
5. Writing, modifying, integrating, and testing software code for e-commerce, Internet, and mobile applications.
6. Developing, implementing, modifying, and maintaining gameplay features that seamlessly integrate into existing software.
7. Creating comprehensive documentation for new and updated software.
Job Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
3. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and JSON.
4. Proven experience developing and customizing other e-commerce platforms.
5. Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices.
6. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
7. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
8. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
9. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
10. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
11. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality code.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of server-side technologies like Node.js or PHP.
2. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
3. Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for e-commerce websites.
4. Experience with testing frameworks and automated testing methodologies.
