Wage Rate: $41.00 per hour, for 40.00 Hours per week
Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible
Duties:
• Check trucks for proper performance and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
• Determine the extent of repair required.
• Adjust, repair or replace defective parts or components.
• Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance.
• May interpret work orders, technical manuals, each work done for reference and write service reports.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Test repaired equipment for proper performance.
Requirements:
Education: High School
Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Languages: Basic English
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, attention to detail, physically demanding
Essential Skills: Working with others, judgement, flexibility, reliability, accurate, dependability
Other: Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
