Is seeking 3 bookkeepers. Start date as soon as possible.
Salary $24.00 / hour. Full time: 35 hours per week.
Requirements:
High school (secondary school) completion and
At least 7 months' experience
Job Duties:
Calculate and prepare cheques
Calculate assets and depreciation
Keep financial records and maintain and balance accounts
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
Post journal entries
Prepare financial and accounting reports
Prepare tax returns
Prepare trial balances
Reconcile accounts
Need experience with:
Accounting software
MS Excel
MS Word
Spreadsheets
