Job Description

* Managing one or more departments by performing various administrative services
* Managing databases
* Conducting interviews and training of employees
* Advising employees on maintaining records, managing security, financial aspects, and human resources
* Conducting company events and conferences
* Directing the organization with corporate governance and regulations
* Entertaining complaints/inquiries
* Making reports for committees operating in management
* Budgeting for office equipment and supplies
* Supervising administrative staff
* Assisting in the organization’s HR functions
