Job Duties:
• Install alarm systems and other security equipment at residential and commercial establishments.
• Inspect the electronic equipment and alarm system after installation using various electronic tools and equipment to ensure the proper and optimum functioning of the system.
• Maintain and repair the security equipment installed by the company.
• Ascertain the fault in the system using various electronic and hand tools and replace or repair the faulty part.
• Reading, understanding, and following product manuals.
• Assemble the alarm and electronic system following the equipment manual using hand and power tools.
• Ascertain and suggest the place where the electronic system me be installed for better and efficient results.
• Provide information to the customers about the functioning of the security system and
• Prepare work orders and reports related to the installation and repair of the security system and submit them to the company.
• Educating customers on the care and maintenance of the system.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school will be an asset.
• Completion of high school or a college course in electronics or related fields will be preferred.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
