Title: Janitorial Service Manager
Location: 607-625 5th Avenue, New Westminster, BC V3M 1X3
Salary: $28.50 per hour
Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent
Positions Available: 1
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the company
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
• Establish schedules, duties, procedures for custodial staff to perform all needed cleaning work in a timely and effective manner
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
• Hire, train and supervise staff
Job Requirement:
• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 year of experience is required
