Job duties:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in insulation.
- Manage workers and assign duties.
- Determine staff and oversee staff training.
- Set staff work schedules and monitor workers performance
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Handle and maintain inventory.
Job requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- 2-3 years of experience in the trade or in the related field is required.
