Job Duties:
1. Prepare and cook all East Indian menu items currently listed or may come to existence
2. Slice and prepare raw food ingredients for future use.
3. Ensure the Quality of food before it gets served to the guests.
4. May help staff in preparation, cooking and handling food.
5. Take proper care of cooking appliances and equipment and upraise management if any repair or upgrade is needed.
