Walton’s is a woodworking company specializing in custom commercial and high-end residential cabinetry, built ins, and furniture in the Langley Area. Since 1986 we are dedicated to making our clients visions a reality by producing exceptional yet functional custom millwork.
Job Duties:
- Operator capable of doing their own basic programming and jminor modifications to existing programs
- Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, drawings, and asking questions
- Check and maintain machinery daily re manufacturers recommended schedule
- Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
- Monitor the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments that will improve quality
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 4+ year’s experience operating a wood and panel-based CNC
- Minimum 2 years doing basic modifications and creations of programs
- No specific education required if experience is met
Compensation:
$25 - $30 /hour (to be negotiated) plus overtime at statutory rates and incremental raises as per company policy.
Benefits available after 3-month probationary period and include group medical, dental, vision, disability benefits, and if applicable relocation loan.

Full-time, permanent position
