Specific Skills
• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
• Load and unload goods
• Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
• Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
• Perform brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Report if there are any defects in the truck or if it requires maintenance.
• Maintain and update the record of all deliveries.
• Inspect trucks on a daily basis for cleanliness and good working conditions.
• Ensure to follow the traffic and driving rules.
Benefits:
#1: We will provide a joining bonus of $600 to the newly hired employees.
#2: We will provide a referral bonus of $600.
#3: We will provide $650 as a safety bonus to our employees to motivate them and to ensure that they are following all our safety protocols.
#4: Attendance Bonus of $350 will be provided to employees based on their consistent attendance and punctuality.
