Job Summary:
The Nurse in our Supportive Living home acts as a primary caregiver for children with complex medical needs. Our nurses play a fundamental role in providing hands on medical care and a holistic and inclusive approach to each child's health and healing. Our nurses advocate for the needs of each child and work in collaboration with staff, families, and each child's healthcare team to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

Nurse Supervisors administer the mission, philosophy, and objectives of Hope's Home. They are accountable for the management of all operational activities and staff in the Supportive Living program of Hope's Home, including upholding the standards for nursing practice, recreational programs, therapeutic programs, staff development and accreditation.

Nurse Supervisors also manage and delegate work assignments to staff on the floor. Nurse Supervisors work in a team environment while maintaining consistent communications with the child's outside professionals, in order to provide the exceptional care required to meet the evolving needs of each child with complex medical needs living at Hope's Home.

Why choose Hope's Home?
Hope's Home offers unique and competitive benefits, beyond just monetary value. We believe that organizational culture is the most important factor and we work hard to make sure it is top-notch and suited for everyone.

Shifts:
- 12 hour shifts
- Nights, Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays.

An incentive of $20,000.00 will be offered in a lump sum payment, after one year of successful service in the position, with the potential for a $10,000.00 lump sum payment after the second and third successful years in the position, if the position is extended beyond the one year term.
