Assured Building Maintenance Ltd is looking for a full-time cleaner. The job description is as follows:
Title: Cleaner
Salary: $19.00 per Hour
Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent
Positions Available: 2
Start Date: As soon as possible
Main duties:
Cleaners perform some or all of the following duties:
•Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming them
•Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
•Dust furniture, Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
•Gather and empty trash and trash bins
•Clean restrooms and stock them with supplies
•Report and store lost and found items
•Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
•Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
•Keep buildings secure by locking doors
•Clean changing rooms and showers; Distribute clean towels and toiletries
•Clean and disinfect elevators
•Clean spills and other hazards with appropriate equipment
•Order cleaning supplies
•Make minor repairs in buildings, such as changing light bulbs
•Notify managers when a building needs major repairs
Employment requirements:
•Education-No specific education is required.
•Experience-On job training will be provided.
