Overtime wage: $55.05/hr after 40/hrs per week;
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Vacation: 10 days paid vacation will be provided.
Work Location: Various work locations across lower mainland
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
Experience: 3-4 Years of related work experience is preferred.
Job Duties:
• Schedule and co-ordinate activities of construction staff on daily bases.
• Manage expenses and prepare reports.
• Supervise staff, work area.
• Hire staff and arrange training as required.
• Check building material, construction supplies, and place order as required.
• Co-ordinate with different departments to meet work schedules and for smooth workflow.
• Ensure standard safety measurements are followed by construction staff.
• Resolve work problems and suggest new ideas for quality work.
• Recommend new ideas for promotion.
