Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Responsibilities:
Tasks:
-Coordinating seminars, conferences, and events.
-Managing and supervising projects and programs.
-Recording and preparing meeting minutes.
-Overseeing occupation classification and rating.
-Scheduling and confirming appointments.
-Handling phone calls and messages.
-Responding to electronic inquiries.
-Compiling data and statistics.
-Managing office supplies and inventory.
-Arranging travel and reservations.
-Welcoming and directing visitors.
-Managing mail and information flow.
-Typing and proofreading documents.
-Conducting research.
-Performing data entry tasks.
-Providing exceptional customer service.
-Collaborating with the marketing department to convey marketing messages to the field
