Jas Truck & Trailer Repair Inc. located on 1902 E Redbear Avenue, Regina, SK S4N4N7, is looking for a welder. Person to have Certificate/Diploma in welding and minimum of one year of experience working as a Welder. Person should be able to communicate in English. Salary will be $30 - 33 per hour, depending on experience. This is a full time position with minimum of 40 hours a week. We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time for this position & person to be willing to work in any shift. Below are some of the main duties:
• Weld metal parts on large vehicles such as semi-trucks, Trailers
• Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes
• Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
• Operate brazing and soldering equipment
• Operate metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears and other metal straightening and bending machines
• Repair worn parts of metal products by welding on extra layers
