Job duties:
• Schedule the activities of carpenters
• Suggest measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Co-ordinate and supervise different departments at work site
• Ensure Building wood/metal structures construct as per blueprints
• Implement strategies to meet work schedules
• Keep record of each job and prepare work progress reports
• Able to resolve work related issues
• Order materials and supplies as needed
• Update Workers about safety procedures and company policies
• Hire and provide training to workers regarding their job duties.
Job requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• 3-4 years of related work experience is required.
