Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and introducing them to company policies and culture.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance records, performance evaluations, and other relevant data.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Identify training needs, organize training sessions, and facilitate professional development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Support performance appraisal processes by coordinating evaluations, providing guidance to supervisors, and assisting in the implementation of performance improvement plans.
• Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement.
• Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance and contributions.
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace. Foster an inclusive culture that values differences and promotes equality.
• Mediate conflicts between employees and managers. Provide guidance on conflict resolution strategies and work towards fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements
• College Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience
• Language: English
