Job Description:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
- Establish work schedules and hire food service staff
- Ensure all processes and procedures at the store are followed and implemented;
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Address customers complaints or concerns
- Assist our store manager in training staff as required in specific related duties and responsibilities;
Requirement:
- Successfully completed at least secondary education required
- Required at least 2 + years of experiences at food service industry (Food Service Supervisor experience in an English-speaking environment preferred)
