Bioneutra North America Inc. is looking for a Sales Manager NOC 60010

Duties and Responsibilities as Sales Manager:

- Establishing sales targets and setting goals in alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Developing strategies to achieve and exceed these targets.
- Creating and implementing sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Conducting market research, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Managing and leading the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support.
- Conducting regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Addressing customer concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Staying updated on the company's product offerings and understanding their features and benefits.
- Providing the sales team with the necessary product knowledge to effectively sell to clients.
- Conducting sales forecasting and budgeting to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance against targets.
- Leading negotiations with clients to secure new business and maintain existing contracts.
- Closing deals and contracts in a manner that is mutually beneficial for the client and the company.
- Generating regular sales reports for management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborating with marketing, production, and distribution teams to ensure a coordinated approach to sales efforts.
- Ensuring that the sales team operates in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
