Bioneutra North America Inc. is looking for a Industrial instrument technicians NOC 22312

Duties as Industrial instrument technicians

- Install, configure, and calibrate industrial instruments such as sensors, transmitters, controllers, and analyzers.
- Ensure proper alignment and positioning of instruments to achieve accurate measurements and control.
- Perform routine maintenance on instrumentation and control systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with control loops, sensors, and other instrumentation components.
- Repair or replace faulty instruments and components to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Coordinate with other maintenance and engineering teams for more complex repairs or replacements.
- Conduct tests and inspections on instruments to verify their accuracy and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards through regular testing.
- Maintain accurate records of instrument calibration, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Update documentation for changes made to control systems or instrumentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other maintenance personnel to optimize control system performance.
- Provide technical support and expertise during the installation of new equipment or upgrades.
- Ensure that all instruments and control systems meet safety regulations and standards.
- Implement safety protocols during maintenance and repair activities.


Identify opportunities for instrumentation upgrades or improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
Train and mentor junior technicians or other relevant personnel in instrumentation procedures and best practices.

Job requirement:

Work Experience : 1 year to less then 2 year
Wage : $42.00 to $43.00 Per hour
