Job Description


• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
• Plan and approve promotional campaigns.
• Providing strategic recommendations to the senior members of the executive management team.
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
• Appoint the organization or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
• Reviewing all formal finance, HR, and IT related procedures.
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff and delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

Job Requirements:
Languages:: English
Education:: Bachelor's degree
Experience:: 5 years or more
Ability to Supervise:: 5-10 people
