Mrs. del Rosario requires One (1) Home Support Worker for Evening Support to perform the following duties:
• Provide evening support
? Evening Assistance: Start time at 5 pm until midnight, providing companionship and assistance as needed.
? Bedtime Support: Be present to assist her as she prepares for bed, ensuring a smooth and comfortable bedtime routine.
? Medication Management: Administer and oversee medication intake before bedtime, following the prescribed schedule.
? Emergency Response: Be alert and responsive to any emergency situations that may arise during the night.
• Ensure her comfort, safety, and well-being during the late hours
• Provide care and companionship
• Administer personal care to client
• Plan and prepare meals and special diets, and feed or assist in feeding
• Perform routine health-related duties
• Perform routine housekeeping duties
Terms: Permanent; Full-time
Start date: Immediately
Salary: $19 per hour / 40 hours per week / Evening support

• Private home in Mississauga, ON

Skills Requirements:
Education: minimum Secondary school or equivalent experience
Experience: 6 months training or relevant experience
