Framer- Carpenter
Rai Star Custom Homes Ltd. located at 7759 115 Street, Delta, BC V4C 5N2 is looking for Framer- Carpenter with minimum high - school education. Applicants should have either a minimum of six months of related experience or Certificate/ Diploma/ training in relevant field. Pay per hour will be $30.00. This is a full-time position with 32- 40 hours of work per week. You will be required to work at various construction sites across Metro- Vancouver.
Following are the duties and responsibilities of this position:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine requirements.
• Measure, cut, assemble the material made of wood and other materials.
• Instruct assistants and general construction helpers.
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay sub flooring, and erect walls.
