At this time, the Company is looking for skilled and qualified Lift Directors to direct crane operators from the ground on a walkie talkie radio as to where to drop 40,000 pound precast panels and where to place them. Candidates in this role must possesses leadership qualities and be one that others trust to make knowledgeable decisions and remain committed to them. Candidates must be able to address safety concerns; ensuring personnel understand their responsibilities, duties and associated hazards, making sure precautions have been implemented for special lifting operations. It is imperative that Lift Directors are dependable and reliable with the appropriate experience needed to guarantee safe lifting and rigging operations.
