Position Name: Front End Supervisor

Overtime: $34.50/hr (As per BC Provincial Standards- for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk)

Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
Job Duties:
Manage cashiers, baggers, and customer service staff
Ensure that checkout lines are moving efficiently, and customers are satisfied with their experience
Monitor the cash registers and ensure that all transactions are accurate
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff
Monitor inventory of supplies, such as bags and receipt paper, and order as needed
Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, as well as any applicable laws and regulations
Participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when necessary
Provide excellent customer service and lead by example for the front-end staff.
