We are seeking to hire a Human Resources Generalist to join our thriving team and contribute to its success.

Major job duties include, but not limited to:
~ Develop on-boarding schedules for hires and facilitate company mentorship program.
~ Act as primary contact for day-to-day Human Resources inquiries.
~ Ensure company maintains compliance with all applicable employment legislations
~ Administering employee benefits programs
~ Responsible for development and implementation of HR policies, practices, and programs.
~ Manage Workers' Compensation claims process and facilitate safe return-to-work programs, if necessary
~ First point of contact for employees regarding HR matters
~ Keeping abreast of trends and best practices in HR to ensure Xenetek remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
~ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of certifications, training, and skills within the organization.
~ Managing performance appraisal processes
~ Provide recruiting assistance and candidate screening and assessment
~ Assist with the administration of leaves of absence and return-to-work program.
~ Manage and monitor performance-related issues and implement changes that could increase productivity
~ Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, and wages
~ Conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify target areas for improvement.
~ Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and equal opportunity.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
~ College Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Management, Administration or related field is required
~ Experience would be an asset but not mandatory
