We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor at Xen-Z VR, your role would encompass various responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the store and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES
~ Ensuring high levels of customer service, resolving customer complaints or inquiries, and maintaining a positive experience.
~ Monitoring sales activities, overseeing inventory levels, and ensuring proper stock rotation and merchandising.
~ Supervising cash handling procedures
~ Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, security, and cleanliness.
~ Implementing promotional strategies to drive sales, coordinating in-store events, and ensuring compliance with marketing initiatives.
~ Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any safety concerns.
~ Providing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
~ Generating reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
~ Liaising with vendors to manage product orders, deliveries, and returns.
~ Incorporating customer feedback to enhance the experience
~ Investigating market trends and offering things that would appeal to customers or are high in demand
~ Evaluating the supply and availability of merchandise and profit-margins
~ Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance
~ Enforcing safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of employees and customers
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
~ Relevant experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory
WAGE
~ $26 per hour, 40/hrs per week
