Work hours: 35 hours per week
Compensation: $28.75 per hour
Responsibilities:
-Execute digital marketing activities such as email marketing campaigns, social media presence, electronic newsletters, etc. while growing our business.
-Prepare marketing materials like promotion poster, brochures, and flyers.
-Manage and promote company website and e-commerce strategies.
-Research, develop and implement sales and promotional strategies.
-Create, write and edit compelling, engaging and integrated content for multi-channel purposes – including email, web, events, and social media to support our business goals.
-Maintain digital marketing and advertising budgets and report monthly metrics on all activities.
-Propose the improvement suggestions to the company’s products, service and promotion activities according to the market demand and the customer’s opinion.
-Evaluate results of marketing campaigns.
-Contribute fresh and innovative ideas to social media advertising objectives; create compelling content, headlines, copy and concepts.
-Develop tactics, plans, partnerships, tools and agencies that help achieve the brand strategy and business objectives.
-Ensure content planning, production, and publishing is on time and engaging.
-Engage in community engagement events to promote our brand and maintain client relationships.
-Communicate promptly with sales teams, execute promotional activities in alignment with inventory conditions, secure optimal profits for key products, and promptly recoup costs for unsalable products
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above is required
• 3+ years’ Marketing or relevant work experience in the same or related industry
• Desire to work collaboratively with an energetic and enthusiastic team
