Job Duties:
-Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding to ensure proper adhesion of paint and finishes.
-Remove old paint, and repair cracks to restore surfaces to a suitable condition for painting.
-Read specifications to determine material quantities needed and mix or thin paint to achieve desired color and texture.
-Apply paint, wallpaper or other materials using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to enhance interior and exterior surfaces.
-Collaborate with other professionals, to facilitate a coordinated and efficient process.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate protective gear.
-Ensure finished work meets quality standards, including proper adhesion, color consistency, and overall appearance.
Requirements
-Completion of high school (Preferred).
-2 + years of experience as a painter or related field.
-Flexible hours, including weekends.
-Hand-eye coordination.
-Physically demanding.
