We are looking for a driven Back Kitchen Team Supervisor to lead and organize our kitchen staff, ensuring the utmost quality in our food and beverage offerings. This pivotal role aims to maximize restaurant profits and customer satisfaction by overseeing the smooth operation of the back kitchen during shifts. The ideal candidate will work closely with the General Manager, playing a crucial role in maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the back kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective operation.
• Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and presented according to the restaurant's high-quality standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing kitchen procedures that maximize operational efficiency and optimize food quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well stocked and operating smoothly.
• Implement and enforce health and safety standards in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations.
• Assist in training and developing kitchen staff, providing guidance and feedback to improve skill levels and performance.
• Work with the General Manager to identify opportunities for cost control and waste reduction, which will contribute to the restaurant's profitability.
• Address and resolve any issues related to the back kitchen's operations, including equipment maintenance and staff performance, to ensure a seamless dining experience for customers.
• Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture and values of our Company.
• Perform other essential duties as required.

Qualifications:
• A college diploma in business administration or hospitality is required.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced kitchen or service environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, health and safety regulations, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and direct kitchen staff effectively.
• A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in food production and presentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the General Manager and front-of-house staff to ensure a harmonious and efficient operation.
