Established in 2014, STAY FRESH is a Vancouver-based marketplace boutique that specializes in premium and collector sneakers, streetwear, and accessories. We are located in CF Richmond Centre and Metropolis at Metrotown.

We are currently looking for a Vice President of Marketing & Investor Relations to join our team. The VP will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision, implementing strategic marketing initiatives, and effectively communicating with investors and stakeholders. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in retail operations, marketing management, and strategic leadership within the dynamic and competitive landscape of the industry.

Job Duties: 
1.Provide strategic direction and oversight for various aspects of the business. Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Collaborate with other executives to align operational goals with overall company objectives.
2.Assess the current and future needs of the organization based on factors such as business growth, market trends, and changes in the competitive landscape. Assist in designing and improving departmental structure, fostering innovations, efficiency, and collaboration to achieve the overarching goals.
3.Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels. Monitor brand reception and sentiment and implement strategies to enhance brand reputation and equity.
4.Review policies, procedures, and systems currently in place. Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in financial and administrative areas. Make adjustments to the internal control as needed to address emerging risks or changing business needs.
5.Communicate resource allocation decisions effectively to stakeholders across the company, ensuring alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders. Foster collaboration between departments and teams to leverage resources and expertise effectively in support of the business growth.
6.Develop and approve comprehensive budget that allocates financial resources. Prioritize spending based on the strategic priorities identified in the strategic plan.
7.Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the performance of regions, divisions, and departments. Monitor progress against targets and provide feedback and guidance to improve performance.
8.Review and approve promotional campaign plans, including the proposed budget, timeline, creative concepts, and messaging. Ensure that the campaigns comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
9.Recruit and train middle-level managers and department heads.
10.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with key partners. Effectively communicate the company's vision, values, and strategic objectives to internal and external stakeholders.
11.Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders. Develop and execute investor relations strategies to effectively communicate the company’s financial performance, business strategy, and value proposition.


Qualifications:
1.A college diploma or above in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, Finance or a related field is required. Equivalent relevant work experience is also acceptable.
2.Minimum of 3 years of middle-level management experience in a relevant field.
3.Proven track record of providing strong leadership and strategic direction.
4.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive business growth and enhance the brand's market position.
5.Solid financial management skills with the ability to develop and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement measures to improve profitability.
6.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
