Work Location: Candidates will be working on various construction sites across lower mainland
Wage Rate: $18 per hour, (40 hours per week)
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Education: High School
Experience: Experience is an asset
Languages: Basic English is required
Job Duties:
• Sweep, mop, wash, vacuum, polish floors, glass doors, windows, sidewalks, stairways etc.
• Gather and dispose of rubbish and waste material manually or by powered equipments.
• Inspect conditions of premises, tools and equipments; report needed repair, safety hazards or low supplies to the supervisor.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning and toiletry material.
• Follow work related rules and regulations.
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.
Work Environment/Conditions: Outside, Inside, Heat, Sun, Rain, Cold. Depending on the work requirements, the candidates will be expected to work in the up listed working environment.
Working setting: The candidates should be available to work outdoors full-time in the day or evening or on weekends if required.
