About the company:
Northstar is a masonry contracting company that has been providing masonry services in the Greater Toronto Area. We are a unionized company and we are now looking to hire an Business Services Office for our company.
Job Descriptions:
To work closely with the executive on new and existing company projects, while managing the administrative team and overseeing the client and supplier database;
Provide services as required and directed by the Employer, including, but notlimited to the following:
Co-ordinate office administrative procedures, asses and implement new procedures;
Conduct research, create reports and calculations on various topics, such as purchases, tenders, bids, projects, budgets based on the need of the executive for his decision-making process;
Manage client and supplier information in the new CRM;
Act as first main point of contact for suppliers and clients;
Oversee all incoming and outgoing communications, handle documents, such as reports, emails, and letters;
Plan and organize events that take place externally.
Perform other duties as requested by the executive.
Requirements:
Education in business administration, operations management, or a related field is an asset.
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience or related experience.
Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules, coordinate tasks, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
