Guardian Stucco & Auto Glass Ltd. located at #203 13660 – 104 A Ave, Surrey, BC, V3T 1Y8 is presently looking for one Construction Supervisor.
Working Conditions: Job location will vary from one job to another (across Lower mainland). You will require working standard of 40 Hours a week @ $36.00/ Hr. it will be a full time Position. You will also be requiring to work overtime depending on demands of projects.
Suitable candidates are requiring having 4 – 5 years of relevant experience. Your required language is English. Must have verbal and communication skills.
Job Duties:
? Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers
? Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other supervisors or managers
? Prepare production and other reports
? Improve productivity by resolving work problems and taking suitable measures
? Requisition materials and supplies
? Go to Upcoming projects sites, see if locations are ready for work.
? Approve projects by gaining approvals from buyers and performing inspection at critical phases.
? Travel to and supervise multiple sites during the course of a day.
